OUR UPCOMING PROJECT
Migrants Life Book – Volume 1, a long term view to capture the legacy of migrants.
The upcoming Migrants Life book is a collection of inspiring stories from first- or second-generation migrants to Australia, showcasing how they have overcome challenges and beaten the odds.
As the author of The Indian Mate, Divesh’s mission with this book is to highlight migrants who can serve as role models for future generations, educate locals, and create a lasting legacy for the current migrant community.
This book is part of Migrants Life, an initiative dedicated to sharing migrant stories, fostering cultural understanding, and building a strong, supportive community. Through events, digital platforms (App & Website), and storytelling, Migrants Life brings people together to celebrate the resilience and contributions of migrants in Australia.

Inspired by – The Indian Mate
A journey from Namaste to HowRYa
Written by Divesh Sareen.
The two volumes of the Indian Mate relive a story of people who left behind everything that they have ever known to create a better future for themselves and their loved ones; people who are from two different countries, but don’t fully belong to either; people who realise that their lives in two different countries have forged a new identity for them.
The volumes are a journey from Namaste to How-r-ya.
